I was told on the phone to simply use the form on the website. I entered 7:45 p.m. online and the address of the Bayern Campus. I paid everything via PayPal and then received a confirmation email stating that delivery would be made at 4:30 p.m. ?? to my private address which is registered with PayPal . However, I had specifically entered a different delivery address in the online form. I then tried to reach you by phone several times – no one answered. I then tried several times to send an email to [hidden email] as indicated on the website : these emails always bounced back as undeliverable. At 5:00 p.m., I received an angry phone call demanding that I come out immediately and accept the pizzas. I can certainly understand your anger and frustration, and I want to thank you for re-baking the order. Thank you so much, hence the 5-star rating. However, I would recommend that you check both the website and form processing, as well as the availability of the mail server. Due to the problems you described, it was also a very difficult experience for me.

Choosing on the website was especially tedious today; twice, one pizza was thrown out of my cart while I was choosing the other. My cappricciosa was delicious, albeit with much less topping than the family pizza last time. The artichokes were completely missing, and I couldn't taste any ham, and not so much the seafood. It tasted like frozen food, and we couldn't find a small squid that simply goes with it. Then we ordered for 6:30 p.m., but according to a missed call, it was delivered almost 20 minutes earlier, while we were still on our way home. The temperature and crispiness weren't there when we ate it. What really annoys me now, though, is the size. It seemed so small that I actually used a measuring stick. The advertised width is 28cm, but that's the width of the box. The pizza itself has a 2cm gap on each side, so it's not 28cm but 24cm, which is simply a quarter less pizza than advertised. Not okay.
