Wow.. Worst experience in a long long time. Food took 1 hour 10 minutes to arrive, despite Lieferando app telling us 23 minutes. There 's no delivery tracking,... read more Wow.. Worst experience in a long long time. Food took 1 hour 10 minutes to arrive, despite Lieferando app telling us 23 minutes. There 's no delivery tracking, nobody called us, Lieferando told us arrives soon for 20+ minutes. When we called (after 1hr 6min , to ask for the whereabouts of our food, a woman answered and was quite polite. That 's why 'Service ' gets 2 stars. The Pizzas were disgusting. None of us finished their pizza, and everyone was feeling bad afterwards. Quite close to actually throwing up. I had a pizza with 'cheese crust ', but there was no cheese in the crust, just dough. We also ordered additional garlic sauce and chili sauce on top, but none of the pizzas actually had any. And neither pizza was home made, they all looked like frozen pizza heated up (in a wrong way, smelling a bit like burnt plastic . The spring rolls were OK, but I only later realized it was 6€ for 8 small pieces (also just frozen stuff deep-fried , definitely not worth the money. I sincerely can NOT understand how anyone could give anywhere close to 5 stars. Nothing came anywhere close. So either we caught them on a really bad day, or those other ratings are straightaway fake. Check out my other reviews, they 're almost all positive, but this here comes easy. Also, we could not submit any review via Lieferando (except a 'can you recommend? ' 'yes/no ' . That 's why I went out of my way to comment here, and that 's one more strike, one more indicator that this is closer to fraud than to a food delivery service. I 'll walk by and grad a Döner/Dürüm Kebap sometime in the coming weeks, any I will extend this here review. But until then. be warned.
