Can I have the previous owners of th... read more Object: Gasthaus Maxhof in Munich Forstenried is a “reopened” restaurant in Munich’s south. Because I grew up in this area. Can I have the previous owners of the last 50 years Incl. a new building no longer counting. About 35-40 years ago a Derrick episode was even shot here. Our visit to my brother and I came here after the funeral of my mom. Since it was a sunny day, we could all sit outside. Without having to pay attention to this Corona bullshit. Ambience: A modern Bavarian ambience. Like so many other places. A beautiful beer garden and with sufficient space and toys for the little ones, the parents also enjoy. Food: The corpse was given by me and so as an appetizer we had a pancake soup as a main dish pork roast and a 1⁄4 duck. For dessert an apple strudel with vanilla ice cream. The soup was very good without mistake and tadel. The main dish was very tasty and good. The crust was also perfect. The apple strudel was a finished product and so it was okay. However, the supplements of the main dish were TK dumplings without taste. The sauce a powder product. What didn't fit the great meat. Service: After a long break, the service was still a bit rusted but otherwise very good. WC Parking: The toilets are modern new and Piko Bello. Parking in front of the restaurant more rr Conclusion: The food was appropriate for the price. 12,90 for ne 1⁄4 duck is almost too cheap. If there is anything to do with quality, it would also justify a higher price. Since the ambience is very beautiful and the neighbor is not exactly arm. Would a higher price and better quality be a better way.

There is a large round table at the back of the restaurant. 8 people can sit and celebrate very well at this table.
