Kokumi - München

The food was quite good. Very fresh fish. But service was terrible and it took forever to get served. We finished our starters by the time we got our first drinks (wine and beer so no fancy cocktails). We were first seated in the back where it was freezing because of the aircon. Luckily we could change the table at some point. At the end we were charged with 4 glasses of wine instead of 2 they served us twice 0.2 per glass instead of 0.1 we never said we wanted to have the double amount. Plus the second glass the waitress offered to pour more because of the long wait… we ended up paying €36 for 2 glasses of wine… ridiculous. really bad service. Good food but a bad experience and they really need to gear up.

Good food absolutely the worst service I’ve had in my entire life. Such a shame. The waitress treated us as if we were scum.

Kokumi is a decent Japanese restaurant with bad service and too high prices. The waitress is mainly interested in up-selling and not in giving you a great experience. We were not presented the lunch menu and paid twice as much a la carte. Lukewarm Riesling for 8.50 a glass. But excellent maki and nigiri sushi. Such a pity!
