The duck was tough and was fried in tempura to achieve crispy skin, which isn't necessary at all with a good product and proper preparation. The batter on the skin was not suitable and distorted the flavor. Any simple Vietnamese snack bar could do a much better job. The vegetables were 40% onions. The carrots, cut with a lattice pattern and a Nicer Dicer from HSE24, are absolutely old-world. The curry sauce was good. Anyone who overpraises the restaurant has no idea about authentic Asian cuisine. Unfortunately, the friendly criticism was merely accepted; no comment, no sorry, nothing.
