This was the meat used (too much of a lamb, and the dumpling proportion was somewhat narrow. The well served sauce was actually unnecessary in this template. only conditional and with corresponding comment.

We figured it out… you need to scan the bar code and then you can read it in English. When we flagged him down to order he said drinks first and took off after we gave our selection. I can go on and on about what happened next but in all honesty, we should have just walked out. Never again at this place.
