Brotraum bakes rolls and loaves of various description they even had Bürli when I went in the other day! , pretzels and the like, croissants as well as other sweet treats. The interior is clean, woody and casual. For those wishing for a bit of fresh air, there is outside seating order at the counter then grab a seat. I 've also tried their coffee and it isn 't bad! Wash down a croissant replete with butter and jam with a milchkaffee or some such. good stuff. I recently purchased a half loaf of 'wood oven baked ' bread, brought it home to the hubs and asked him what he thought of it without divulging the name of the loaf. He said, 'it tastes like bread that 's been baked in a wood oven '. Well, how do ya like that?! I just thought it tasted good and had a lovely consistency. From rolls to loaves to pretzels, everything I have tried as of yet has been really, really good. Speaking of which, did I mention the service? Friiieeendllly. not the usual, I 'd say. Keep it up, Bro dream! You set the bar high for all others to follow!

M... read more Dar ich selbst dort für ein 2 wöchiges Praktikum gearbeitet hab, kann ich diesen traditionellen Bäcker nur empfehlen. Alles wird selbst gebacken und geformt ! Mann kann den Bäckern praktisch auf die Finger schauen. Besonders zu empfehlen ist das Marzipan Croissant !
