The service is average; like many establishments since the pandemic, they appear to be facing staffing challenges, which can impact the overall experience. One downside is that the burgers can be inconsistently cooked, which can be frustrating — they often take them off the grill a little too late, resulting in burgers that may not be exactly how you ordered them. On the bright side, the prices are reasonable, and the parmesan fries are fantastic!

Our server was quick and at... read more This restaurant boasts a fantastic location at the Galleria Shopping Centre. The hostess promptly seated us on the spacious terrace. Our server was quick and attentive, and both the food and drinks were outstanding. We enjoyed happy hour with beer and appetizers. One member of our group has a gluten allergy, and the Bisonburger served on gluten-free bread, along with the gluten-free sweet potatoes, were a huge success.
