Harold's On Arch - Feedback

What japarican 25 doesn't like about Harold's On Arch:
I like to support a small business. Decided to try Harold's. I was the 2nd customer to come in. About three other customer's came in after me. The lady asked who called in an order and decided to start helping them. To me, it would make sense to find out who came in the door first. I could have easily placed my order. The reviews about the smothered porkchops melting in your mouth was not an exaggeration. As soon as I tried to cut a piece off with a knife it glided through without any effort and it was seasoned very well. I got the candied yams and cabbage/collard mix for my sides.
