Amazing Tuscan cuisine, a truly exquisite platter of cured meats and cheeses, magnificent pici with wild boar ragù, and to finish, delicious cantucci with Vin Santo. The owner is incredibly kind and hospitable, and the place is small but cozy. Highly recommended!
What can I say... everything was excellent. The food was spectacular, the family who runs the restaurant was friendly... the quality/price ratio was excellent for the high quality... everything was top-notch. I'd love to return.
It looks like an old-fashioned osteria, with a charcuterie counter at the entrance. Lots of wooden crates and bottles decorate the place. The owners are very friendly and helpful. We had an appetizer of charcuterie, cheese, and bruschetta to share (for two), and two main courses of meat, cheese, jams, and vegetables. Delicious!! Beautifully presented, and the ingredients were of excellent quality. All were paired with a Merlot-Cabernet red wine. Family-run. We felt right at home. I'll definitely be back and I recommend it to everyone.
I had lunch here on Easter Sunday with the à la carte menu...excellent food...excellent wine...excellent service. It wasn't my first time here and it certainly won't be my last...see you soon.
The owner is kind and helpful, the food is excellent, and the prices are fair—two first courses and a perfectly prepared Florentine steak. With wine and coffee, it 's €100 for two. I recommend it to anyone who wants to enjoy Tuscan cuisine in the Bergamo area, but not to those looking for a high-end restaurant.
