Mary Mcbride's Pub - Moyle
Mary Mcbride's Pub
Description
When visiting the beautiful seaside village, make sure to stop by Mary McBride's, one of Ireland's smallest pubs. Say hello to owners Cormac and Fiona, enjoy a pint of Guinness, and chat with the locals. The traditional old-style house pub has a rich history based on the life of Mary McBride herself, the original owner. Downstairs, you'll find a lovely family-run pub serving delicious pub grub with occasional music nights. Upstairs, in The Little Black Door seafood bistro, open Thursday to Saturday, you can enjoy a wide range of local seafood as well as chicken, duck, and steaks prepared by head chef Charlie McCauley. Definitely worth a visit!.

I did go at a quiet time. I do know it does get busy. Great pints and lovely food. Staff are friendly and helpful. Price per person: £10–20 Food: 4 Service: 4 Atmosphere: 3 Recommended dishes: Chicken Stack, Fish and Chips, Beef Burger, Chicken Goujons and Garlic Chips
Very nice lunch indeed. Opted for the Guinness and Steak pie with champ and veg and it was delicious. Steak melted in your mouth and was very tasty. My partner went for the goujons and garlic chips which were also polished off. Meal and drinks were as good a price as you would get anywhere else. Will return and recommend
