She stood with an amazing smile, listened to her customers and gave excellent service. She caught my eye due to...her professionalism and outstanding customer service.

Pity as I love Starbucks coffee usually.

I was extremely disappointed with my experience at Starbucks. There were four staff members working, including a manager, and yet the place was a mess. Despite... read more I was extremely disappointed with my experience at Starbucks. There were four staff members working, including a manager, and yet the place was a mess. Despite not being busy, the tables were dirty with used cups and food debris scattered on the floor. When I requested for my table to be cleaned, the staff member gave me a dry cloth instead of using a spray bottle. I reminded them that it was their responsibility to clean the tables as I am a paying customer. To make matters worse, when I walked by the window half an hour later, I saw two people sitting at my table. Overall, it was a terrible experience with unprofessional and lazy staff.

She had a wonderful smile, attentively listened to customers, and provided excellent service. Pam impressed me with her professionalism and top-notch customer service. I would rate her a perfect 10/10.
