I visited the restaurant to order a salad from Subway. While I was attended to, I found the staff quite rude. There were two young ladies working during lunchtime on New Year’s Day, in case the manager is interested. I spent over $15 on the salad, but I felt disrespected, so I left the smallest tip possible. Additionally, Subway is known for its personalization options, but they seemed unwilling to accommodate my choices. I’m new to the area and have generally had positive experiences elsewhere, but this visit was not one of them!
I ordered two six-inch subs and a pretzel. While the subs were fine, I discovered that the pretzel was burnt when I got home. This is the second time I've received a wrong order from this place. I won't be eating there again.
I went to get a sandwich when I got off work but wasn’t even able to get it because they had their doors locked 15 minutes before close. I would understand if it was around 5 minutes but 15? What the point of closing at 8pm if you are going to close the doors at 7:45pm?
