Kfc - Mount Vernon

I'm hard of hearing, so I often have difficulty understanding what's said over the speaker. Each time I've tried to place an order, I get interrupted. For instance, I asked for two two-piece chicken dinners, and they kept asking if I wanted a three-piece box instead. I specified that I wanted both original and extra crispy, but they only had one of each available, which wasn't enough. When I inquired about how long it would take to get more, they said four minutes, and I agreed to wait. Unfortunately, I struggled several times to finish my order without being interrupted. Eventually, I had to say, "Could you please be quiet and listen?" I realize that remark sounded rude. Normally, I’m friendly to customer service workers because I understand it's a challenging job, but their rudeness was frustrating. In the end, I drove away and went to another place where I was able to place my order without interruptions, and it was correct.

Food was awesome..service was unusually slow. Ended up worth the wait.Thank you KFC employees!

I will never eat there again, we have gotten some chicken there several times, they can't even get the order right. When I get home the food is cold, and the chicken is hard. Won't be there again.

I only went through the drive-thru to grab a Coke. Didn't order any food. It was a quick and easy experience!

The food is typically served hot, which is one of the few positive aspects. However, the orders are almost always incorrect and poorly put together. The chicken often arrives without its skin, and there have been instances where the bowl of gravy was left open, resulting in spills all over. Unfortunately, this kind of experience has become the norm. Additionally, the staff is infrequently friendly or helpful.
