This coffee shop has always been great until my last two visits, where I encountered a rude and disrespectful young girl named Sherra. It seems like she has no management and lacks basic customer service skills. I hope that someone can teach her how to be more respectful and have a positive attitude towards customers. It's possible that she was having a bad day, but at least she could have pretended to be friendly. View all feedback.
The coffee was lukewarm and overly strong in flavor. I ordered it twice and encountered the same issue both times.

Quick service and the lady was very nice and patient, very good breakfast.
