Solano's Lincoln Lounge - Mount Vernon

I love this place. Perhaps the last authentic family restaurant was Italian-American. From wall photos and family stories, warm lighting and inviting atmosphere. They sit and bring olives, paprika and bread immediately. Everything was delicious. The pizza is not to be missed.

I love this place. The service was upstairs. Pizza was as good as originally. I can't wait to try the steak and veal scales. Wish the best for the new owners and a long time on Lincoln Ave.

Combining the Best Arthur Avenue Essen with the entertaining atmosphere of Mulberry Street. The owner sang Sinatra, Dean Martin and Elvis when some danced and sang with him. Mussels fra Diablo, Chicken franchise and veal marsala, all well prepared. I went there for nostalgia, but will return for great food and fun.

Real old Italian ambience. Grew up love going to places like this. The food is spot on. And those little pizza's, perfect. Bring the family and prepare for a treat.
