I received a cookie from this place at work and I can't wait to go buy more! It's a shortbread chocolate chip cookie, and I never would have imagined it could taste this delicious!
Ann engaged us in delightful conversation, sharing interesting tidbits about Mount Vernon and inviting us to return for their different events and festivals while we sampled the scrumptious shortbread. There were ten varieties available during our visit, and each sample made it more challenging to decide which one to purchase. While I did exercise some self-control with my selection, I definitely plan to return in the future.
This shop is stunning and features an incredible collection of artwork. Plus, they serve the best biscotti in Iowa!
