Their food is fresher and of higher quality, and the customer service is exceptional. I give them an A+!

However, we believe businesses should k... read more We understand that the service industry has faced challenges and we are happy to be patient with those doing their best. However, we believe businesses should keep their customers informed and offer solutions instead of highlighting problems. It was particularly off-putting to hear an employee speak poorly of paying customers in front of potential customers. When we arrived at Culver's, we were a bit skeptical because there was quite a line. Nevertheless, we noticed the four employees present discussing their coverage issue and working together to resolve it. They were friendly with each other and conducted their conversation in a manner appropriate for customers to hear. They quickly adjusted positions, opened another register to shorten the wait time, and then returned to help in the kitchen once the line was manageable. After things were under control, someone even came out from behind the counter to check on all the tables. Overall, we experienced very friendly and professional service, and it turned out to be quite efficient!

She went above and beyond for us which was completely unexpected. Made what could’ve been a miserable 9pm fast food dinner with 5 kids into a wonderful experience. She is top notch. 5 of 5 stars!! The ice cream we ordered wasn’t even ice cream, when we got our concrete mixers, it was like I was drinking the ice cream, it was straight liquid. The cheese curds were awful and way over done. Price per person: $10–20 Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 2
