I have not got to eat at krystals in years. so while visiting Mt.sterling for October court days this year I had the family all excited about how good the food was. I could not wait to taste those chili cheese pups again. but to our disappointment, thedining room was closed : 10-15-2022 Went to court days again this year so thought I would try to eat at Krystals again and thedinning room was still closed. This really sucks ???? its been a year and you still can't get people to work for you. Have youever thought you may need to start treating people better so they will work for you ?
Good food. But the dining area was closed so we had to order from the drive thru
We drive half an hour to enjoy our beloved Krystal, since there are none in West Virginia. The staff is always friendly, and we make it a point to visit at least twice a month.
Didn't like it. Person on drive thru was rude, when got food it was dry and nasty. I asked for ketchup and did t get any. Bacon on burger was raw on one. The buns were stale. Fries were greasy and over cooked. The fries oil needed changed. Won't be back
This review isn’t about Krystal, but the Subway next door. This Subway always offers the best food with the freshest veggies. For family visits, I travel from Kentucky to Tennessee, Indiana, and the Chicago area. Whenever I have a choice, I make sure to stop at this particular Subway.
