Tonight, we placed an order two hours before closing, and when we picked it up, we found that we received cold dinner rolls instead of biscuits, which we had paid for. Additionally, they didn't provide the coleslaw we ordered. When we got home and realized this, I tried calling them, but their phone was off the hook. I called for over an hour with no response.

Even if you have to tell them your order several times, check it before you leave. If they tell you it's a 5 minute wait, plan for 15 to 20 minutes.
