The KFC in Mount Sterling is the worst we've ever encountered. We've faced numerous problems with receiving our complete orders. Tonight, we placed an order two hours before closing, and when we picked it up, we found that we received cold dinner rolls instead of biscuits, which we had paid for. Additionally, they didn't provide the coleslaw we ordered. When we got home and realized this, I tried calling them, but their phone was off the hook. I called for over an hour with no response.
Went through drive thru at lunch only vehicle in drive thru ordered two potpies but they only had one and had to wait 20 minutes for the other potpie..should be more prepared for lunch..lil
Food here is very good for this chain but the service needs vast improvement. The people are nice enough. But! Even if you have to tell them your order several times, check it before you leave. If they tell you it's a 5 minute wait, plan for 15 to 20 minutes.
