Dunkin' - Mount Pocono
Dunkin'
Description
This neighborhood Dunkin’ serves reliably good coffee, fresh bagels and donuts in a clean, fast environment with generally friendly staff. Recent turnaround has made it a top local pick, though service inconsistency — missing items, rigid payment rules, and an unsettling expired milk incident — plus occasional manager brusqueness and loud staff can tarnish visits. Best for quick breakfasts and commuters seeking dependable drinks, but double‑check orders and expiry dates.

I had an incredibly disappointing experience with the customer service! We walked in and waited at the counter for 10 minutes without anyone even acknowledging us. After that, it took another 15 minutes just to receive a coffee with an espresso shot. This location really needs new management.
I placed a large order at the restaurant and, when I reached the cashier, I specifically asked for two everything bagels, scooped out and toasted, with cream cheese. After that, I stepped aside while the cashier prepared my order. As she made the first bagel, I reminded her to scoop it out and toast it as per my request. I then told her to proceed with the second bagel as originally ordered. The cashier asked her manager whether they should scoop and toast the bagels, and I confirmed that was indeed my order. To my astonishment, the manager replied, "No, we don’t do that here." The cashier continued preparing the bagels, toasting them but not scooping them out. When she handed them to me, she stated, "My manager said I should do it this way." I was shocked and disappointed by the treatment I received. The entire situation felt unnecessary, and the manager's rude attitude only added to my frustration. It's disheartening to start the day with such issues, and I believe managers should truly embody their roles.
I had two disappointing experiences at Dunkin' today. The location nearby refused to take my order, and at this location, I didn't receive part of my order. It was under $10, so I guess it's surprisingly hard to get breakfast.
The food and coffee was good but my chocolate milk was 1 month old. And I took a sip of it and it tasted like strawberry milk and I was so confused. I then looked at the expiration date and it was 12/4/2022.
Needed to order donuts and a coffee and wanted to pay cash for one part of order and use app for other part they told me no I'd have to order one and go back around for drive thru to order other.. So I did and there excuse was they were busy... No other then me in drive thru and parking lot empty.... I guess they were busy blasting music and socializing with each other ?
