Kanpai Japanese - Feedback

What Bennett Wyse likes about Kanpai Japanese:
This is a cozy little restaurant. I love Korean food, so I was very pleasantly surprised to find Korean food on the menu and not just Japanese food (which I also love). However, one must order and pay online by using a QR code on one 's phone, and then select items without being able to ask the server about them. 4 ramen noodles for $122 that was the worst noodles n the worst dinner i ever had in Charleston. I just don't see how the owner have the nerve to charge that much for uncooked noodles with an eggs two pieces of meat and horrible broth for that price.
