What User doesn't like about Chicken Treat:
My first night in Albany and this outlet was the closest takeaway to where I was staying. It was convenient and I walked up as dusk was emerging. I haven't eaten chicken treat for a very long time. Remind me never again. The chips were stone cold, service was slow and the chicken tasted terrible so ended throwing it out. Also forgot to include my drink in the deal I purchase. so went back to retrieve. Think twice! View all feedback.

Convenient, serving hot fresh take away chicken meals. The service was friendly and efficient. The venue was clean, easy parking.
Raw and off chicken! Chicken had a strong foul smell and tasted disgusting! Called manager at shop and they said it’s impossible to be off as it expires on Tuesday. Really rude and no customer service communication skills at all!
Made the mistake of ordering a full cooked chicken was shocked at the price of $16.50. Opened the bag to find the chicken so small only enough for two people not a family. Took it back inside and complained and was told all the chickens are the same size. Showed the very rude staff member the chicken but he just shrugged and said no refunds. Never ever again will we go to this place
Excellent service, with well cooked chicken. Very happy that you were close to our campsite, when the weather turned cold.
