Sat at the drive thru speaker a couple minutes without being acknowledged . Thought speaker was broke. Drove up to the window asked if thespeaker was broke was told they were busy. Person at the window was nice and took the order. Food took a little longer thanexpected.

They are much more interested in chatting with each other than greeting customers, taking orders, making fresh food, filling orders correctly, and cleaning the dining area. We had such hopesof another decent place to eat in our hometown of Mt. Jackson, but this place is an embarrassment.

I usual... read more This is an amazing hamburger, much bigger than the small McDonald's burger, and it will definitely satisfy your hunger. It's located in Mt. Jackson, VA. I usually have one about three times a year. I live in Winchester, where we used to have three Hardee's locations, but sadly, they're all gone now.

Halfway through placing our order, the cashier signaled for help from a coworker, who then asked what the assistance was needed for—we had no idea. We ended up waiting around 30 minutes for our food. The staff appeared very disorganized and there was poor communication, except for one employee who oddly talked about jumping off a cliff. When our food finally arrived, two orders were cold while the other was decent. We’ll likely skip this place in the future.

However, the burger came without any cheese, the patties were barely warm, and there were only about three fries longer than an inch. This is the second or third time I've been let down by their food. While the Hardee's menu is convenient, this will likely be my last visit.
