Sheetz - Mount Jackson

Service is horrible. I waited over 20 minutes for a six inch sub at 9:30.

Recently placed an on-line order for pick-up in Mt. Jackson. The order was lost in transmission, but Sheetz made our order perfectly! We really appreciate how hard they worked! Love Mt. Jackson Sheetz! You always go the extra mile

I cannot comment on the employees, and the place seemed tidy enough. My low review has to deal with the handicap/“accessible” parking. There is no wheelchair ramp to get to the front door. If you are a wheelchair user, you have to wheel around to the exit of the drive-through in order to use the ramp. This is the dumbest design in the history of dumb designs. Not only does it put the wheelchair user at risk of having to navigate cars that are backing up in the parking lot and at the gas pumps, you have to also hope and pray you don’t get run over by the cars exiting the drive-through as well. Take a look at the picture of the front door/accessible parking spaces on this review page, you will see what I mean.

I'm giving 3 stars because I shop at sheets regularly. Stopped by tonight due to an accident on i81sb. Sheetz was slammed with customers. I got my diesel fuel as usual and ordered something different on the menu. Normally, I get the MTO burgers, but tonight, I decided to try the steak sandwich. The wait time for food was incredibly long due to all of the customers in the store that placed orders. I'm in no rush, so I didn't mind the wait. After waiting 20 minutes, I received a luke warm sandwich and cold fries. I walked back to the truck and was deep in the lot and definitely didn't feel like walking back into the store after a 14-hour day. I'm sticking to what I know going forward. This was my first meal of the day, and it sucked really, really bad.

A great place to stop and have a snack, buy water or sweets, refuel the car or relax.
