The staff are friendly, but it's likely that they receive some complaints about the long wait times.

I had high hopes for the quarter chicken... read more I was hungry and passing through, so I decided to give Red Rooster a try. Unfortunately, I was disappointed once again. I had high hopes for the quarter chicken meal, but while the chicken was decent, the chips were overly salty and soggy. The meal was also drenched in way too much gravy, even though I had only asked for a little. It was a messy and disgusting experience. I would rather eat an overripe banana from the back seat than eat at Red Rooster again.

I have eaten twice from Red Rooster where I have gone into the shop to place my order, while waiting for it to be made up the staff were messing up, using their... read more I have eaten twice from Red Rooster where I have gone into the shop to place my order, while waiting for it to be made up the staff were messing up, using their mobile phones, untidy appearance no customer service skills. The order was not hot no spoon for the gravy potato. I will not return to this place to get my food.
