We arrived late on Good Friday, hadn’t been told about the office being closed but worked out we had to check in next door and walk back. The lady on call was helpful and friendly. Nice and clean, well appointed room with smart TV, cold a/c, fridge and coffee making facilities. Beds were a bit firm but that was fine. Ample close parking, walking distance to food options. Would stay here again when back in Isa. View all feedback.

coeliac foresight. menu says gluten-free options, but the personal has no warning. Gluten-free eating served with potato precious stones and broth-based muffin. notified worker when ordering was placed on the stand of my wife. that was not passed on. when the complaint was made, general lack of knowledge was shown. the meal has been replaced, but no offer of refund. The big Isa breakfast was so good...probably enough for 3! not made fat and fresh. yum and wonderful service with smiles. Thank you.

The breakfast for mothers and eating was ok, but the toilet of the woman didn't work, so everyone had to go to the next hotel, what a sweat they think they had them working for mothers day
The food was delicious chicken cuty and beef pie. the personal was pleasant and a relaxed atmosphere. they can't do much more than that in a modern coutry pub.
Staff were more interested in talking to each other than helping patrons
