The drive-thru at this restaurant has been closed and non-operational for at least 2 years. There is no indication of this on any visible signage, and my wife, who has a foot injury, had to go inside to order instead. The drive-thru at this restaurant has been closed and non-operational for at least 2 years. There is no indication of this on any visible signage, and my wife, who has a foot injury, had to go inside to order instead. It is not acceptable for a business to have a closed drive-thru without making clear efforts to fix it, especially for those who are disabled or injured. The staff were friendly, but the owners need to address this issue promptly. It should either be removed or blocked off to prevent confusion.

I will not be coming back to this below-average restaurant. I ordered my usual BMT sandwich and was disappointed to find that the amount of meat was half of what other local Subway locations typically put on. The cheese was also lacking, and I only received 5 slices of black olives and 2 slices of tomato instead of 3. The only thing that wasn't skimped on was the lettuce. Another customer entered the store and went to the restroom, only to come out immediately and complain to the staff about its dirty state. The employee mentioned that the staff had not yet cleaned it as it was only 3:30 pm.
The sandwiches are always good. They also have the sandwich bowls--no bread. You could do vegan easily.
Did an online order there today gir a $7.99 special. Charged my card $13.45. When I got there they refused to refund the difference. Said they weren't trained on the app. Contacted the company through email and all they could do was thank me. No more Subparway for me.
