It's frustrating, especially since that's the only thing I order.

My meal was served cold,... read more The menu at Hardee's was disappointing, as the food quality fell below expectations. Additionally, the staff came across as quite rude. My meal was served cold, and despite being told that ketchup and jelly were part of the order, they were missing. It seemed that customer satisfaction was not a priority for Hardee's.

I will definitely return when I'm in the Kingsport area again. The staff was friendly and served us with a smile. Thank you!
