I was wond... read more I ordered at the drive thru and went to the window to get my order. I watched three people cleaning and the man who took my order taking more orders. I was wondering why it was taking so long for me to get my food. I was getting irritated by the waitwhile three more cars piled up behind me. When the third car moved up the person who took my order left to make my order. So Ihad to wait for my food while he kept taking orders. Grrr. However the food was good though the price has gone up 25% since thelast time I purchased it. The store closing and cleaning is important but customer service should still be the priority as it isat the store that is closer to me.

They have no issue ringing your food up that you order charging you for it, yet can never remember to put all of your items in the bag. Every single time I?ve came to this location they?ve forgotten something I?ve ordered.Usually I don?t even bother going back but today I did, drove all the way back wasting my time and gas to be greeted withrudeness and annoyance for a mistake THEY MADE. Also, people aren?t kidding about the wait times. They take forever. I?ve workedfast food, I know people make mistakes. But every single time? That?s unacceptable. This place needs a lot of work

I was disappointed, especially since I expected better quality from their menu. Next time, I'll make sure to ask for fresh fries. Lesson learned!

So I don't l... read more Tonight was not good at all. First I ordered mashed potatoes, no gravy. My potatoes had gravy. I ordered chicken breast. My meal had chicken thigh. So I don't like to complain but I can't eat the gravy bc it upsets my stomach and I don't like dark meat.
