Terribly understaffed and the waiters here have mastered the art of hearing you and completely ignoring you.

Food was nice and tasty but the size of the burger was small for 7,50! Didn't try other things from the menu. Maybe I could visit one more time to try other things!

We asked for brown sauce like HP) and were told they only had some mystery brown sauce which they charged €1.50 per smallish saucer of this unnamed concoction, while the Ketchup and Mayo was free!!! You need to spruce up your act. The staff are very average and don’t listen to requests well : you need to manage this place better!
