Within reason they will work with you for any occasion. Had surprise visit from 10 realitves. Called them up ahead of time and asked them not to start the food till 9:00. Got there to pick up and did not realize they closed earlier. But owner/ manager stayed an made our food anyway. Wasn't even mad. Great place to eat View all feedback.

Walked into the restaurant. Immediately noticed the floor full of bugs and debris. Tables looked like it had food smeared on it and haven't been washed. Food was burnt. Hair in pizza. View all feedback.
Ive never left a bad review in my life and this establishment was disgusting. The inside is not cleaned at all, the employees don't wear masks, gloves or hair nets or even put their hair in a Pont tail. The employees play games at the table and go back and cook in between without washing their hands. They reuse baskets without washing in between clients and the employees make pizza boxes in the open while they are stacked ON THE FLOOR before use. I dont think they have swept, mopped, wiped down anything or cleaned their bathrooms in weeks. One bathroom didn't didn't have soap.
Not bad pizza. Wasn’t a fan of the gyro. Meat and shell was a little burnt and dry. I would try again.
However, the description of their gyros was very misleading. It claimed to include romaine lettuce, tomato, onion, and sauce, but there were no onions or tomatoes in sight. Instead, the lettuce looked like it came from a salad bar; it was a mix of wilted greens, carrots, and cabbage, and the lettuce was brown and slimy, so I had to remove it. Additionally, the sauce was just blue cheese dressing with chunks of blue cheese, which was not what I expected. I called to express my disappointment, and the person I spoke with responded dismissively, asking what I wanted him to do about it. I told him I wasn't interested in getting food from them again, but that they should be aware that their business might suffer if the food doesn’t match the description. His reply was that he didn’t work in the kitchen, so there was nothing he could do. This was incredibly frustrating. He mentioned that his parents own the restaurant, and I think they need to step in and address the issues, because it's clear the management is not handling things well – and fast! This place won’t last much longer at this rate.

When I arrived to pick it up, I didn't realize they closed earlier, but the owner/manager stayed to prepare our meal anyway. They weren't even upset about it! It's a fantastic place to eat.
I've had a disappointing experience with my delivery orders, with 5 out of 5 being incorrect, missing items, or arriving well past the estimated delivery time. Today, the salads were literally soaked; the bag they came in was wet and the lettuce was wilted. I can't eat the salad the next day like I usually prefer, so I have to throw it away. We really wanted to enjoy this place because the food can be delicious.
