Prados Modern Mexican Cantina

I have had the avocado toast with salmon multiple times and it's fantastic! I assembled the ingredients into a sandwich that was easy to eat, and now I wish I had it in front of me again.

This restaurant is a great new addition to The Meadows! We visited for lunch today and left very satisfied. The menu offers options like the Cuban sandwich and avocado toast with a fried egg. The portion sizes were just right and the prices were quite reasonable. Although we didn't have any wine, the selection on the list looked impressive. Overall, it was a very positive experience and a fantastic choice for a weekend lunch outing.

Whether you are in the mood to relax with a large cup of coffee or one of the many beautiful Bourbons that they have behind the bar, this is a great place to be. The atmosphere is very relaxing with sofas and comfortable chairs, as well as many tables to enjoy one of their amazing dishes. Top notch service also. I can't wait to go back and try the Avacado toast!

Very nice and comfortable place! We had a meeting this week and the place was great, the service was great and there were many people there and another group of coffee and cold. One of our people ordered a sandwich and chips and it looked great! Will definitely go back or stop for a coffee when in the meadows. I want to try the Cuban sandwich:

Great atmosphere, beautifully decorated excellent lattes, the mocha and matcha were great! Amazing avocado toast with so many options to customize! Lots of drink, pastry, and food options. Will definitely be back!
