This place was good but just too busy and they had plenty of staff working but they were all working on getting the drive thru orders out that they were not pay... read more This place was good but just too busy and they had plenty of staff working but they were all working on getting the drive thru orders out that they were not paying attention to the ones need to order on the inside and when we did finally get someone to take our order because we were walking out the door because we could not get someone to take our order she stated you could ordered on the Keos. I am tired of no personal service anymore, I had questions and wanted to ask them to a human not a machine that won't talk back!

I got my order fine, but I had locked my keys in my ca... read more I stopped by Dunkin' on 9/11 at 7:15 pm and had a really bad experience with the two girls working there. I got my order fine, but I had locked my keys in my car, and since I'm from out of state and it was raining, I went back inside to ask for help. The light-skinned blonde or brown-haired girl was very rude and dismissive, basically saying, "OK, what do you want me to do about it?" which was embarrassing. Then she suggested I call the non-emergency police and went to get their number. Afterward, she and the other girl went across the restaurant, and I overheard them laughing at me. I don’t understand what was so funny—people lock their keys in their cars all the time. It was the most ridiculous and snobbish behavior I’ve ever encountered. I won’t be coming back here again since I live a thousand miles away, but if I did, I’d warn everyone in town to avoid this place. Also, my frozen coffee was terrible, though that doesn’t matter much since it’s in my car and I probably won’t drink it until it melts. I’m sure my donuts are good—when are donuts not good, right?
