Description

This restaurant garners widely varied feedback, from stellar service and great coffee to disappointing donuts and customer interactions. While many patrons rave about the friendly staff and inviting atmosphere, others express frustration over stale pastries and unhelpful service during busy hours. Some customers have experienced rude responses, particularly when seeking assistance. Additionally, inconsistency in product quality, particularly the freshness of the donuts, has left several diners yearning for better. Despite these issues, loyal fans remain, appreciating the sense of community and occasional treats like pup cups for pets, illustrating the complex charm of this eatery.

I'm not sure if this review is for Dunkin' Donuts or Baskin Robbins, so I'll provide two separate comments. Why clean the machines during business hours? Shouldn't that be done after closing? This morning, 9/25/22, I came by to order my usual strawberry banana smoothie, only to be told the machine was being cleaned. Let's try not to be like McDonald's, please. Sheesh.

The dining area appeared unclean, but the staff were courteous and efficient, and the ice cream tasted wonderful.

The staff at this restaurant is consistently friendly, kind, helpful, and efficient. The donuts are fantastic. Even though we live in Detroit, we make it a point to visit regularly to see our adult son at nearby LifePoints, and we always stop by this restaurant.

I give 5 stars for the coffee and the excellent service, as always. However, I have to give just 1 star for the donuts. I bought a dozen at 7:30 AM and they were all stale, definitely not fresh. I had the same disappointing experience again the following weekend.

This photo captures the most disappointing donuts I've ever bought. I got a half dozen along with a Halloween-themed vanilla cream-filled donut, which had hardly a teaspoon of cream inside. The donuts were small, dry, and looked so unappealing that even the squirrels wouldn’t go near them. All of this cost me $11.11, and I won’t be purchasing them again. For a better option, Kroger offers sour cream glazed donut holes for just $2.29, and they’re far superior to these. Just a heads up!
