Why not tell customers you only have medium as they order? It's always something wih this store. Too many other Wendy's in thisneighborhood to keep going to this one.

I ordered the Frosty Sundae, and it was absolutely perfect for satisfying my sweet tooth.

Each time, it seems the staff re... read more If I could give zero stars, I definitely would. My husband frequently works late and often visits this Wendy's around 11:15 PM. Each time, it seems the staff restricts the menu options. There was one occasion when they informed us that we could only order a single burger. Tonight, he was told that they were only serving fries and nuggets. When he asked for a receipt, the cashier questioned why he needed it and then said they were out of receipt paper. I've spoken to the manager before, but it's clear who really runs the place, as the practices here are quite unprofessional and remind me of a rundown establishment.

I went the... read more If I could rate this restaurant with zero stars, I definitely would. The service is terrible, and the staff appears to have no knowledge of the menu. I went there specifically for a taco salad, and the server didn't even know it comes with chips and salsa. I also wanted to order a frosty ccino, but the server told me they only serve coffee during breakfast hours. This was particularly frustrating because I had visited three times this week around the same time and had been able to order coffee from the lunch menu before. Overall, my experience has been extremely disappointing.
