When my sister-in-law informed them we were a party... read more We arrived at the restaurant around 2-3 PM, and from the moment we walked in, the service was disappointing. When my sister-in-law informed them we were a party of nine, the hostess gave her a dismissive look and asked, "What am I supposed to do with you all?" She then mentioned that their system was down and kept bringing up how the waitress assigned to us was "too old." Despite the restaurant being nearly empty, we assured her we were fine with waiting for a table. However, she continued to focus on the waitress’s age. My brother eventually requested to speak with the manager. The manager didn’t address the system issues, instead stating there was a new waitress that day, but curiously, she wasn’t the one assigned to our table. On a positive note, our assigned waitress was incredibly sweet and helpful. Managing a large party can be challenging, but she handled it with kindness and professionalism. Unfortunately, the rest of the staff who brought out our food didn’t greet us and seemed visibly annoyed throughout our visit. Overall, the experience was quite unpleasant, yet I must highlight that our waitress, despite the earlier comments about her age, was truly wonderful. It’s important to respect all individuals, regardless of age, and to treat customers with the care they deserve.

This was my first experience with takeout from this restaurant. I walked in to place my order and wasn't sure whether to wait inside or in my car. The waitress... read more This was my first experience with takeout from this restaurant. I walked in to place my order and wasn't sure whether to wait inside or in my car. The waitress asked me which car I was in and said she would bring my order outside. However, after waiting for 35 minutes without anyone coming out, I decided to go back inside. A different server was there, and when I asked if my order was ready, he checked behind him on the counter and handed it to me. It seemed like it had been sitting there for a while, as it was only mildly warm. Despite the service issues, the food was delicious, and I would still recommend this place.
