I ordered a sandwich that I specifically requested to be grilled, but it ended up being very dry. I hadn’t dined there in quite some time, and I was really disappointed with my meal last night.

Why not tell customers you only have medium as they order? It's always something wih this store. Too many other Wendy's in thisneighborhood to keep going to this one.
