This restaurant is my favorite. I visit a lot of restaurants but to this place I constantly return again and again. The team is very receptive and the cooking they offer is so flavorful. I never decline to have a good meal in this restaurant. I highly recommend this place. View all feedback.
What User doesn't like about Taco Bell:
#1, 2STARS BE-CAUSE??? I, ? UN-AUTHENTIC TACO SPOTS!!!!!... WHERE, THE MEAT IS SOOOOOO ?F'N? GREASY THAT EVERYTHING IT'Z GREASE TOUCHES MELTS INTO NOTHING!!!!!!!!! EXAMPLE: 1, ONLY. MOST, OF TACO BELLS ARE GIVEN GREASED SOILED AT THE DRIVE-THRU... RUINS, MY PANTS, SHIRTS, VEHICLE IN GENERAL.... BEST, PART WON'T BOTHER TO GIVE YOU ANY NAPKINS TO TRY TO ABSORB THEIR GREASY FOODS CALAMITIES!!!!!!!! ....ANY, WHO'Z........ IJS??.
I'm not a frequent visitor to this location since it's about 30 minutes away, but every time I've been here, I've had a great experience. The staff is hardworking and does their best to serve the food quickly. I usually dine in, and my meals are always fresh and hot. Thank you all for your excellent service! Whenever I'm in Morrow, this is the place I prefer to visit.
If I could rate this experience with zero stars, I would. My issue isn't with Taco Bell itself, but rather with the older lady working the drive-thru window around 8:30 PM on Sunday, November 6, 2022. I had two DoorDash orders to pick up, and Taco Bell was out of the mild sauce that one of my customers requested. Instead of giving me time to reach out to my customer for a substitute, she rudely rushed us along and abruptly closed her window, gesturing for us to leave with her hands. Her behavior was extremely disrespectful. While I generally show respect to elders, I believe that this woman is not suited for a customer service role. Her unprofessional conduct reflects poorly on the company, as you never know who she may encounter, and her rude demeanor can tarnish the overall reputation of Taco Bell.
Got my food burnt and power bowl looks like someone ate the half very disappointed
I visited the drive-thru tonight, and after placing my order, I was instructed to stop at the first window. When I arrived, the employee, who I believe was named Regina, spoke to me in a very unpleasant tone, saying, "I told you to stop before the first window." I apologized, and she snapped, "Don't say that; I hate when people say I'm sorry." She appeared to be an older African American woman. Unfortunately, I don’t plan on returning to this location. There’s always a long line, and the food is consistently subpar.
One of the stars is for the customer service. If it had not been for that, I would have given 2 stars. The soft taco is loaded with vegetables and VERY little meat. The meat now has a weird texture as if they have changed the recipe or supplier. It lookslike dog food. The Mexican pizza looked different from the most recent time I went on last week. The shell was a lot darkerthan what I had originally. I'm not sure if each person is making it differently. Also, I look at health scores. They have apaper in the window with a 100 and A, but NO details are filled out. I'm very sure this is not ethical. I visited on 9-22-2022around noon and 9-16-2022 around 7 PM.
