I am writing this review because I just went into this subway and I felt so bad for this guy. He was the only one working at this store. No help!! The line was so long I had to leave. No one should be there by themselves to handle all the customers plus make the food and cashier. Can’t anyone help him please!! Subway do better!

Worst Subway I’ve ever been to, been sitting here for about 10 min now, no one has greeted us. She’s just making online orders not saying a word to anyone in line. 2 people behind us has already left because of the rudeness. When finally being acknowledged and served I ask Italian Herb and cheese bread and she started making my sandwich on regular white bread instead of telling me they were out of what I ask for, then gave me sweet teriyaki when I ask for roasted chicken again because they were out of what I ask for. She also forgot the bacon on my Chicken Bacon Ranch, she had to go back and put it on after she already put all my toppings on the sub.

I went this particular subway, because the one in my location was being remodel. I order a footlong cold cut combo. Once I got home the vegetables appeared to be old, and I received 2 out of 3 meats that were suppose to be on the sandwich. The worker never shared that they were out of one of the meats, and never compensated for the missing meat. In addition, the bread was extremely thin, which I have never experienced before at my normal location. I took the sandwich back and the owner of the franchise was very rude and inconsiderate, and she would not give me a refund because I no longer had the receipt, although the worker who prepared the sandwich recognized me. She would not give a refund nor would she redo the sandwich. She stated she was the owner of the Morrow and Jonesboro locations. She has given Subway a very bad name to the franchise and her customer service was so horrible that I wish I could lower than one star. I will never PATRONIZE THIS SUBWAY AGAIN.
