I called in... read more This location has rude employees as well as the manager. We sat in for 40 mins just to get up to the window ans had to sit and wait another 25 mins. I called inside to see if they were having technical difficulties or if I needed come in. The customer service I received was the worst and this is not the first bad experience I've had here so I decided to leave a review this time. Its unfortunate that this is the only location within 20 miles of my house. I eventually left with no food and hungry kids. My kids really wanted a milkshake that's the only reason in waited as long as I did. This location sucks!

A delivery driver that was picking up was not wearing a mask at all. Neither were two other customers that came in and chatted while waiting. Me and a gentleman in his mid-70s both noticed it.

You have to order form the kiosk or an app now. The app is awful and the survey codes on the receipts do not work to leave negativefeedback. It takes forever to get your food because the staff just stands around talking, while many people are waiting. I heardone of the staff members say that the restaurant was dirtiest place to work and they kept cursing. There a was a person sittingat the table next to me and the staff kept coming out and talking to this lady instead of working. The lady was not a customershe was their friend who was hanging out. This is a hangout spot for the staff and they do not care about customer's, also theapp doe s not let you redeem rewards and is super difficult to use!!!!!!!!!!! PLEASE SAVE YOUR TIME AND MONEY AND GO SOMEWHEREELSE!!!!!

Bathroom looked like it hadn?t been cleaned in years, food was flavorless and not at all fresh, trash everywhere, employees are rude and just stand around. Healthdepartment needs to shut this down.
