Popeyes Louisiana Kitchen - Morristown

We will not be returning to this restaurant. Fortunately, it looked busy while the entire staff was taking a break outside. We ordered a family meal for 16, but received only 2 breasts, 2 thighs, and 12 wings. Seriously, just 12 wings? For the $57.47 we spent, we could have bought 7 whole chickens! I called to complain to the manager, but he hung up on me. Just to be clear, I do not threaten, intimidate, or use profanity. What a disappointing experience. Morristown deserves better than this!

Her macaroni and cheese is the best I've ever had—definitely go for the larger size! I also really love her chicken sandwich!

The staff was very friendly, and the food was served hot and fresh. I ordered the 11-piece mixed bone-in chicken family meal, which came with red beans and rice and macaroni and cheese. It was excellent!

Wait was long in the car thru. the dining room was closed, door locked. car before us. it was 3 o'clock on Saturday. we must have been the young who waited for us there, since 8 o'clock to 12 o'clock alone. 3 more workers were all they had. we have 5 chicken pliers. they were so dry and hard that our dog couldn't even eat them. we love eating that we usually need something to change. a lot of money wasted.

Could not understand what the girl at the drive thru was saying. Had to repeat myself several times. Got to the window and she still had it wrong. Got half way home and realized she forgot my drinks. Called the restaurant and the voice mail said leave a message and a Manager would call me back,but the voice mail was FULL. GOING BACK TO KFC NEXT TIME
