Pal's Sudden Services - Morristown

The menu features classic American fast food items, including burgers, fries, hot dogs, chili dogs, and beverages, among others. Unfortunately, I forgot to take a picture of the menu. I decided to order a chili dog and fresh fries. After picking up my lunch, I parked and enjoyed eating in my vehicle. The food was quick and delicious, and I have no complaints for a fast food place! I will definitely return in the future. On a side note, the restaurant offers a variety of kid-friendly meal options and has designated parking spots for wheelchair accessibility.

I had an amazing experience with my breakfast takeout. The food was absolutely delicious, earning a perfect score of 5. The service was equally impressive, with friendly staff who made the process smooth and enjoyable, also a solid 5. Lastly, even though I took my meal to go, the atmosphere of the restaurant was welcoming and pleasant, deserving another 5. Highly recommend!

This was my first experience at First Pals, and they truly deliver on their promise of fast service. I barely had a chance to glance at the menu board before the staff member was asking about my order. She was friendly, though, which made the experience pleasant. As for the food, it was pretty much what you would expect from a fast food place, but the fries had great seasoning. Overall, I’d rate the food a 4, the service a 5, and the atmosphere a 4.

It's sad but Pal's is not the same. It has really gone downhill this year. I was served burnt fries and a dried out cold Big Pal today. This location is particularly getting worse with every visit. They need to get rid of the grouchy old woman taking money and handing out food. She looks at you like you are trash. She always has an attitude, but all the other workers are fantastic.
