Chick-fil-a - Morristown

I’ve always had a wonderful experience at this restaurant! The food is consistently fantastic, and it’s always exactly what I ordered.

Since this location has switched to one lane for the drive-thru and one for mobile orders, it's clear that this was a misstep. There are about 30 cars in the drive-thru and only one for mobile. I’m not sure who made that decision, but it might be time to reconsider it. Right now, I'm stuck in the drive-thru line that stretches all the way back to AJH.

I dined here for the first time and had a wonderful experience. The service was fantastic—much better than the fast food places in the area. The food was hot, there were no mistakes, and everything tasted great. Thank you, Chick-fil-A, for standing out from the rest and truly providing excellent customer service!

My friend and i come to Chick-fil-A almost every single week after work, and we are always met with kindness as well as amazing food! every employee seems like they're having a great time.

It was late night and we just arrived to our destination. Looking for a quick bite. We came to chick fil A. They were closing however they were amazing. We are in and didn?t rush us or anything in fact before they closed they offered us a refill of ourdrinks and we needed anything else? class act customer service. Thank you
