Bojangles - Morristown

This spot is phony they are falsely advertising these chicken rice bowls us customers are not getting what we are paying for

This is absolutely the worst Bojangles I've ever been to. We roll up, order our food, and they tell us it will be 9 minutes they are making biscuits. So we pull over to the side and wait and wait, watch everyone else get their food, and wait. I finally go in after 20 minutes and they haven't even started on our food and they say they'll hurry and make it but I said no just refund my money. At which point the manager gets huffy and smart and never did apologize! I'm sorry to anyone else who has had to deal with this Bojangles!

Food was hot and fresh.Staff was delightful and helpful.

Delicious food, just odd that they don't start serving breakfast until 7 a.m. I stopped on my way to work and they stated they didn't serve until 7. Their food is delicious and there are many options.

We ordered two meals and then went and got our drinks. There were two other people waiting for their order, so we got behind them. After about 15 minutes the manager said to my wife, this is your meal. That meal had been sitting on the counter since we got our drinks. My wife asked the kid for new meals that are hot. He just walked away. She said to a second kid, I want my money back and he just walked away. She came to the table and told me what was going on. I went to the counter and asked who was in charge and one guy said I am. I told him I wanted my money back, he returned our money and apologized. Pretty slack employees, it would seem that training is nonexistent. We went up the street to Hardee’s and received excellent hot meals for about half the price of what they were at this place. The young lady that waited on us was so pleasant and professional that we gave her a tip.
