The staff were incredibly friendly. I was only there for about 30 minutes, but I’m glad I stopped by. Plus, one of the employees was easy on the eyes.
I placed an online order and paid for meals for my entire family. The sandwiches arrived with no cheese, and my daughter's apple juice was substituted with a small box of fruit punch. When I requested two fruit punch boxes as compensation, the manager declined without offering any apology. The customer service was poor and surprisingly rude.
I rarely leave negative reviews, but this was definitely the worst experience I've had at any Subway. I was the only customer, and Starr was careless, rude, unprofessional, and disappointing. After seeing how she made my sandwiches, I lost all appetite for them.
Consistently patient and accommodating staff. I've never had a disappointing sandwich from this place.
The spicy Italian sandwich was unpleasant! The bread was soggy, they ran out of spicy mustard, and neither sandwich was toasted. My husband ordered the steak and cheese, and his was just as disappointing. The mayo had a strange taste, as if it had gone bad. Overall, we were very unhappy with our experience.
