I’ve had a disappointing experience here every single time. I’d rather go to the Wendy’s in Conway than return. The person I spoke with on the phone, I believe his name was Juan, was very rude and didn’t let me finish my sentences, treating me like it was my fault the order was incorrect. I eventually hung up without a solution. I won’t be coming back again!

We had the best service we've ever experienced at a Wendy's. For our dine-in lunch, we spent about $10 to $20 per person. The food was fantastic, and both the service and atmosphere received a perfect rating of 5 out of 5.
