Pizza Hut - Morrilton

We often come here for Friday pizza nights, and our orders are always accurate and delicious. Although the staff seem to be quite busy, they consistently maintain a smile and provide polite, helpful service. I've heard that some others have had negative experiences here, but I've been consistently impressed with the service and their unwavering effort. I'll definitely keep coming back to this Pizza Hut.

This afternoon, I experienced the worst pizza I’ve ever encountered. We ordered the New Yorker and a large pepperoni with extra mushrooms, but there were barely 15 pieces of pepperoni spread across both pizzas. The large pizza had only six small mushroom pieces, and there was hardly any cheese or sauce to be found. We ended up paying $41.81 for a super thin crust and a handful of pepperoni, which was far from worth the price—honestly, it wasn’t even worth $10. We will definitely not be returning to Pizza Hut. Save your money; I can’t believe they thought it was acceptable to serve that to a customer.

The food is delicious and fresh out of the oven, the service is excellent, and the environment is very clean.

Whoever is running this place is running it in the ground. Where do I start? First of all, they ran out of Parmesan cheese. completely. Then when we received our order in-store I might add, the pizza arrived in record time. Maybe 5 or 6 minutes. It didn’t take long to realize why. The pizza just had that look like it had been reheated because the cheese was brown and not stringy at all, plus the dough was tough and chewy. I think the pizza was ordered by someone else and either cancelled the order or didn’t pick it up then it found its way to us, then it made both me and my wife sick to our stomachs. Whoever did this should be fired immediately, this restaurant has lost another customer.

Pizza Hut in Morrilton, Arkansas has the best Wings in town. The Lemon Pepper are my favorite.
