Chowking Morong
Chowking Morong
Description
This neighborhood Chowking offers tasty, affordable Chinese‑Filipino staples—Chow Fan with siomai and halo‑halo draw consistent praise—inside a roomy, welcoming dining room. Experiences vary: staff can be efficient and friendly, but takeout waits, long lunch queues, and occasional inattentiveness are reported. Portions and seasoning are uneven and condiments or calamansi may be unavailable. Parking and PWD assistance are inconsistent. Overall: solid value and flavor with hit‑or‑miss service and practical, spacious seating.

"I had a disappointing experience at this restaurant. The serving size for the beef chow fan was extremely small, and the chicken was burnt and seemed stale, indicating low quality. We visited Chowking in Morong on July 14, 2024, at 6:00 PM for a takeout order. We were informed that our order would be ready in 10 to 20 minutes since it mainly consisted of siopao, halo-halo, and two chow fan. However, after 35 minutes, our order was still incomplete. While the halo-halo was prepared, I followed up on the siopao, but it was still not ready. Our order was finally completed after 50 minutes. When we got home and checked the food, we found that there were no condiments or sauces for the siopao. I was very disappointed with the service; some staff members ignored me when I tried to follow up, despite there being only a few customers inside.
