Jolly Spaghetti takes 30 minutes. I agreed to wait since I was already in the drive-thru line, but they should have told customers earlier. I felt stuck placing the order and agreeing to wait, only to find out there’s no waiting area. I ended up waiting in a risky spot near the entrance/exit, and people were looking at me badly. If Jollibee asks customers to wait, they should have a proper waiting area. Service: Takeaway
