I had to argue with the staff to get ketchup. They claimed that ketchup was only provided with my order of french fries and insisted that it shouldn't be given separately. It took about 3 minutes to resolve this issue. I specifically asked for 4 packets of ketchup, but they only gave me 2. Is this a cost-cutting measure, or do they just not like ketchup? Jolly Spaghetti takes 30 minutes. I agreed to wait since I was already in the drive-thru line, but they should have told customers earlier. I felt stuck placing the order and agreeing to wait, only to find out there’s no waiting area. I ended up waiting in a risky spot near the entrance/exit, and people were looking at me badly. If Jollibee asks customers to wait, they should have a proper waiting area. Service: Takeaway
